Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVAL TRANSFER TO NEGOMBO

Welcomed by our representative on arrival at Colombo International Airport and transferred to your selected hotel in Negombo. Explore the hustle and bustle of this coastal town which is famed for its abundance of seafood with an evening city tour of Negombo. Return to your hotel for the overnight stay in Negombo.

DAY 02: NEGOMBO - HABARANA

After breakfast leave for Habarana. Let your interests guide you as you opt to explore heritage with a visit to the Sigiriya rock fortress and palace complex. The climb up Sigiriya is sure to please the adventurous spirit and give you plenty to feast your eyes on. On the other hand, if your interest lies in nature opt for a safari at Minneriya National park in the afternoon. You might be in luck while on safari and catch herds of elephant quenching their thirst. Proceed to your hotel of choice in Habarana for the overnight stay.

DAY 03: HABARANA - TRINCOMALEE

After breakfast take a city tour of Polonnaruwa before proceeding to Trincomalee. Explore the ruins of Polonnaruwa an ancient capital of Sri Lanka. Check in to your hotel of choice for the overnight stay at Trincomalee. Opt for a relaxed evening on the beach or explore this coastal town which is famed for its natural harbour.

DAY 04: ENJOY THE BEACH

At leisure on the beach in Trincomalee. In case you opted for a relaxed evening the previous day you have the option of exploring this coastal town this afternoon

DAY 05: TRINCOMALEE - ANURADHAPURA

After breakfast leave for Anuradhapura. Take a city tour of Anuradhapura to explore this ancient capital with its well-preserved ruins.

Proceed to your hotel of choice for the overnight stay.

DAY 06: ANURADHAPURA - NEGOMBO

After breakfast leave for Negombo. Check in to your hotel of choice for the overnight stay. Observe the skill with which fishermen cast their nets and the graceful movement of their catamarans as they glide along as you enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

DAY 07: DEPARTURE FROM NEGOMBO

Your tour ends this morning after breakfast and your transfer will be provided to the airport in time for your departure flight.

Alternatively, you can choose to extend this tour with a stay at any of the options available in Sri Lanka or the Maldives.
